1. Order Processing Time

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Otakuno is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked “delivered” by the carrier, or for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, extreme weather). 8. Incorrect Shipping Address
